I have a new installation : Samsung 4K TV + Apple TV 4K.
I'm searching to get the best experience with it based on my .mkv movies.
I've tried to use "Apple TV 4K" preset but the result is not HD.
Any advice ?

What makes you think it's not HD?
Can you please provide a log as requested so we can actually see what went in vs what came out.

And so you know, if you do not feed handbrake an HD source, you won't get an HD output.
But those missing logs would tell us if that was the case.
