Inappropriate Low Disk Space Warning
Posted: Sun Apr 14, 2019 3:28 pm
Description of problem or question:
The message "Your destination disk is almost full. You need to make more space available on your destination disk." appears when there is plenty of space. (15GB for a 122.5MB source.) Interestingly, perhaps, version 1.1.10 exhibits the problem nowadays too yet doesn't on a drive (with less space on it) running macOS 10.12. The problem didn't arise on macOS 10.13 (last point version) as far as I recall - certainly not on 10.12 - the latter being something I have just tested as I have an external boot volume with that on. More relevant, again perhaps, is that the problem doesn't arise if the Preference "Pause queue if disk space is lower than {the default of 2GB}" under "Advanced" is unchecked. So, it sounds like a bug in that.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Attempt to convert a 720p MOV file created on an iPhone SE using the "Fast 1080p30" Preset.
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.2.2
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
macOS 10.14.4 (18E226)
