Whenever I try to "open source" a video with the extension MOV, Handbrake shows the preview as rotated 90 degrees to the left. In the log I posted, it doesn't say it actually is rotating the video, but, the preview and exports are always rotated. How do I fix the problem? If I try exporting my video in QuickTime Player 7, the export would take 60 minutes, which is why I'm trying to use handbrake instead.

open any quicktime movie in handbrake.

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
macOS 10.14.3 Mojave, but this also happened under Yosemite (The iMac I'm using to do this is in my college's library, and I've had this issue even before this computer was updated.)
