Handbrake cut off video!

I used handbrake que to compress my files and when I checked back, instead of compressing them, they were cut from a few minutes long to a few seconds long. This is a MAJOR issue. Please can someone let me know what might have happened and how I can fix it.

It may be a MAJOR issue to you, but it wasn't important enough for you to follow the template for posting a support request and give us something more to go on than your outrage.
