My videos are not reducing in size or getting bigger:

HI all, I am quite new to video work I began using the software yesterday and compressed a a lot of videos perfectly with the default settings *they were recorded on canon dslr.
Original video example - h.264 1280 x 720 fps 25

I am now trying to do some more that were recorded by a logitech c920 webcam - When I use the the same settings the vidoes either get bigger or just marginally smaller.
New Videos - h.264 1280 x 720 fps 25

Im sure its something simple I need to change in the settings, can someone help please? thank you so much

Unlike your DSLR footage, webcam footage is already overcompressed.
You can gain nothing except artifacts by compressing it again.

Shockingly musicvid might be correct for once.
