Description of problem or question:

New member here and glad to be here, I love handbrake, it is a steep learning curve but very rewarding. My question is very simple but I haven't been able to find the answer to it.

I want to reduce a mp4 file size that range in size from 50MB - 99MB and reduce the file size to exactly 20MB but I do not know how to do that.

Can you please let me know exactly how to reduce my .MP4 files to exactly a finished size of 20MB

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):


I have the latest version of handbrake
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
I have mac os high sierra 10.13.3

Bitrate. (Mbps) x Time (Sec) x .125 = File Size (MB)

Because of the encoders used, Handbrake cannot estimate file size for you.

And then post a log if it doesn't produce the result you want.
