Handbrake combine files?

Description of problem or question:

Does HandBrake have the capability to combine files?

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

The HDML Cloner Box with a USB memory stick formatted for MSDOS Fat will break 720p content at approximately each 27 minutes into separate files as it digitizes it in real time. Unfortunately this device is not stable with a memory stick formatted for NTFS, which would otherwise digitize the content to one file.

Does HandBrake include the capability to combine two or more files either before or after it transcodes them (to AppleTV in my case)?

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Mac High Sierra OS X 10.13.4

No, combine them before HB processing.

And there is the rub: Getting a "combiner" that will keep the audio in sync. The Windows software that comes with the HDML Cloner Box seems to suffer from audio out of sync problems.

What do you recommend: Windows or Mac?

MKVToolNix can combine your files into one MKV you can then feed to HandBrake.

Thank you, but the output of the HDML Cloner Box is mp4; not MKV

Not an issue, MKVToolNix will gladly remux and combine the streams into an MKV container without re-encoding.

OK: here is the best way to do this and have NO audio sync problems after Handbrake:

I found MP4Joiner for the Mac and it works easily, relatively quickly and seamlessly to join the files.

Then I use HandBrake to convert to AppleTV and get one converted file.
