Your source is already compressed. When you encode, you must first decompress/decode the source video into very large YUV420 frames. You then re-encoded those at a higher quality setting.

So in effect, you told HandBrake to use less compression.

Change the Quality slider to something more reasonable like 21~22 and you'll get better results.

Unless you know it's uncompressed, it's surely compressed.

The filesize is an easy giveaway, uncompressed 1080p is a couple hundred gigs an a hour.

Input #0, mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2, from '/Users/Arnold/Desktop/LA Fitness Club Tour.mp4':
Metadata:
major_brand : isom
minor_version : 512
compatible_brands: isomiso2avc1mp41
encoder : Lavf55.19.104
Duration: 00:01:56.30, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 3059 kb/s
Stream #0:0(und): Audio: aac (LC) [mp4a / 0x6134706D]
44100 Hz, stereo, fltp, 125 kb/s (default)
Metadata:
handler_name : SoundHandler
Stream #0:1(und): Video: h264 (High) [avc1 / 0x31637661]
yuv420p, tv, bt709/bt709/bt709
1920x1080 [PAR 1:1 DAR 16:9], 2927 kb/s
29.97 fps, 90k tbn (default)
Metadata:
handler_name : VideoHandler
In addition to the obvious clue (size) that mduell posted, the log says it was compressed; h264 is a standard for compression.
