it's possible to convert these file into x264 1080p with handbrake?

HDR is the problem. You might search for HDR in the search box.

Yes, it seems the minimum word length has been put BACK to 4 characters. It had been shortened to 3 so that people could search for the three-letter acronyms that keep floating around here, like "HDR".

The problem is the mapping of colors HDR to SDR. Searching for "handbrake hdr sdr" on a regular search engine comes up with lots of hits, and they're not encouraging (at least not those on the first page of results). A couple of them:
