Does anyone have any tips to streamline taking a DVD to web video solution?
Here's my current steps...
1. Use Handbrake 0.9.1 (on Intel Mac) to resize, crop and output file as MP4
(*** Note: I'm getting audio drop issues in Handbrake)
2. Edit MP4 file in Quicktime to capture the portion I want and save as MOV
3. Use VisualHub to set bitrate, and increase volume 300% and save as WMV
4. Upload to website
It doesn't sound like much, but it's tedious to wait for each step. Here's possible solutions I'm looking for:
- One program to do it all in
- Possible Automator Scripts to help me out
- A web based solution
- or something else...
Any ideas?

Why WMV, why not a universal format like a flash player playing .flv files?
Also, you understand the legal aspects of this, and I assume you are doing this for and on your personal home videos only and not uploading clips of Harry Potter or The Terminator or something, and if you are then it shouldnt be publicly accessable.
You could also set the bitrate and hint videos for streaming with QT pro as well. I also think HB devs are working on something similar in regard to hinting movies for streaming over the web as well?
