Video Made Wide Screen and Slim?

I am compressing a video I exported from Camtasia and once put through handbrake the video came out a different size, it came out thin and wide screen, taking some of the video away.

I have handbrake 1.0.7 my Mac is OS Sierria is 10.12.5.

not sure how to include images.

You may need to disable automatic cropping. Select custom and set all sides to 0 (zero).

We will need to see an activity log to help further.
