Additional Options field not working for video rotation

Hi there- Trying to rotate an upside down video 180 degrees using the following parameter added to the "Additional Options" box in the Video tab of Handbrake:

, --rotate=3

Resulting videos are still upside-down. Why is this not working? Thanks for the help!

Tell us about your environment. What version of HandBrake? What version of OSX are you running. etc.

Handbrake 1.0.7, OSX 10.12.6
