Handbrake keeps quitting unexpectedly?

Handbrake: 1.0.7
Macbook: 10.7.5

I was converting DVD's just fine until I updated to the 1.0.7 and it keeps quitting unexpectedly. I am not sure how to fix it. Can someone assist me please?

Does HB generate a log?

If I recall correctly, there is a known issue with Lion and HandBrake 1.0.7 that is fixed in the nightly build. First download link under Mac here: https://handbrake.fr/nightly.php

Please let us know if the nightly build fixes your problem.
