Metadata mac version handbrake

Hi,
how can I save the original metadata or add metadata of movie I compress?
In the mac version there is no tab of tags

There are better apps on Mac and Windows to tag a file, for example Subler (mp4) and mkvtoolnix (mkv).

for the right tag exists regional database (in my case italian) ?

Subler can use for example themoviedb, tvdb and iTunes Store, all of them offers localised metadata.

A number of apps offer adding and editing tags on video files (I mostly use iFlicks), but shouldn't pre-existing tags be preserved during encoding? A number of tags are lost (like creation date/time for instance).
