No longer recognizes DVDs

After updating to 1.0.1 HandBrake no longer recognizes DVDs They do not appear in the Source Window. They do appear on the desktop.

Mac OS 10.9.5

No error messages. DVDs do not appear in the list.

Where do I find the log file?

 Paste a log of the scan or encode between these code brackets, or use a pastebin website and provide us with the URL it gives you. 
 Logs are required for all support requests.
