Upgraded to 0.10.0 and it now doesn't work

I've used Handbrake successfully for a year or more. Just upgraded to 0.10.0 and it no longer works. All I'm trying to do is to convert a mp4 security camera video to a generic mp4 file. It always comes back with the "no source found" error message. Here's the log:

Video conversion end in the middle? and so incomplete video, back to use previous version, no this problem.
