Hi everyone,
i tried googling and a search in the forum but i cannot find how do i set the target file size in version 0.9.9 x86_64 (2013051800).
Is it still possible, and if yes how?
Watching a 16GB Marry Poppins 50th edition is a bit overkill
Cheers

Didn't work, not coming back, and probably a bad idea anyway.

If it's a grainy or noisy bluray, 16 is lucky!
You can use a bitrate calculator to figure out the ABR, but of course don't forget to include the audio in you bitrate calculations.
If you are using Windows, you could try using VidCoder.
