The issue I have been having is trying to recode Battlestar Galactica Blood & Chrome. The original file is a 7Gb .MKV file that plays perfectly in VLC, but my collection is all based in iTunes and as such I convert all to .m4v
I have been doing this a few years now and have never had a problem, until 2 days ago
The original file is 90 ish minutes long, every time I put it through handbrake it completes with no errors that I can see but the output file is only 34 minutes long. I have double checked that all chapters are selected in the source file, and even changed to seconds and have the same results.
Below is a copy of the output log, hoping that somebody can see what I am doing wrong.
Oh, I have tried it on high, normal and apple tv3 presets, all do the same thing. I have also tried it with stripping out the chapter information, all to no avail.
