I'm trying to convert some .mkv files and shrink them down to .m4v (or .mp4) using one of the presets in Handbrake. I've been trying to shoot for a 1.5GB target just so if I want to put them on my phone they won't be too large.
Anyone have any luck with adjusting one of the presets to this end result? I'd be happy with movie's being shrunk to anywhere between 1-2GB.

Apple TV 2 preset, drop the AC3 track and increase RF to 22-23.
