stops encoding prematurely

Handbrake only encodes the first six or so minutes of a full 2+ hour movie.
It's a 1080 .mkv source file to .m4v (ATV3 Preset).
Tried it a couple of times, same result exactly each time.

Back in the ATV2 days, I had converted the same .mkv source down to 720 and it worked/played fine.

There are two "warnings" in the code but I don't know what they imply or even if they're relevant:
