Handbreak works great, but doesn't with "Friends With M

I'm using Mac OSX version 10.4.10 with a 2GHz Intel Core Duo

I have been using Handbreak version 7.1 with no problems ripping movies to my iPod. When I try with Friends With Money, it shows me some 38 files with 2 of them 1 hr and 27 min. I tried to rip both these files and it starts fine, then chokes and leaves me with about 3 minutes of the opening. Same with the second file which appears to be the full screen version.

I then downloaded version 8.5b and tried. This version had great difficulty reading the disc before it gave me the options for ripping. Once after it finished reading, again the rip quit after about 3 minutes. The disc PLAYS on my Mac fine.

Any help?

this is most likely due to copy protection. try a forum search - it's been discussed several times.
