Ripping a portion of a DVD
I have a highlight video DVD that was given to me during an awards banquet. It is over a year old and has acquired some scratches, which causes it to stop completely about 10 minutes in to the 40 minute total. Is there a way to start the rip at about 12 minutes in and get the rest of the DVD ripped?
