I experience `stuttery' movement especially visible in a slow horizontal panning move. Instead of a smooth move (visible in VLC in the original ts stream file), in the HB result I see a slower move interceded with faster moves, around 6 a second creating a stuttery effect on what should be a smooth move. This makes the result unwatchable. Could I try some settings to see if matters improve? Which?
It is the way HB interacts with this specific source, I do not see the same on some other sources

But also this might be an issue with VLC
in VLC go to preferences----> All---> Accesses Modules ----> File -----> Then raise the cache value to 1k or 2k. What you might be seeing is a dropping of frames in order to buffer, because pans can cause a higher bit per second (Streams and discs are treated differently and do not suffer from this issue). Also make sure to have the most up to date VLC version.

Yeah, these messages would be a problem.
But version 0.9.4 is not supported.
If I recall, you are the person that has the scrambling control bits set in the packet headers of your TS file. You need to find a way to clean your TS file of these scrambling bits in the TS header so it can be read properly by 0.9.5. You might try tsRemux.

Yes, that is me. I would gladly have some tool that let met use HB 0.95 on the TS files with scrambling control bits on, but I do not have a Windows environment, just Mac. Is there a Mac tool that can clean these out for me?
EDIT: Rodeo mentioned ffmpeg in copy mode as a solution in another thread. But what also works is downloading HB and building it myself after removing the test for the scrambled bits.
