OK, this is strange. i think i've stated this before, but...
I tried out MacDVDRipper Pro, and the program states that the disk is 8gb but the VIDEO_TS is 59gb!
What is going on here?

Some form of copy protection attempting to lure rippers into thiking that the contents are much larger than they really are. That's why I suggested using the image mode (or whatever it's called, I don't use MDRP regularly) instead of the VIDEO_TS mode.

While HandBrake is a transcoder ... the nightlies read this disk just fine. Otherwise I would imagine 0.9.4 would if using Open Source Title Specific.

thanks guys. i was just trying to rip it to my mac to spare my superdrive. i think i figured out how to rip it properly.
For MDRP, In preferences i chose Mark Scene (Cell) as Invalid. While it seemed to have worked, i have yet to test it in handbrake.
