Im re-encoding Season 1 of the Simpsons and Im seeing this when comparing to episodes I encoded last July. Does this have anything do to with the difference in the way Leopard and Snow Leopard report file sizes?
Im using completely different settings, lowered the RF from 20.75 to 20, still included the AC3 passthu and 160kpbs AAC file, but regardless, I thought the older file with the larger bit rate would be bigger.
