Newbie Question (Mac)-Can't import after encoding

Post by silverbob »

I've encoded my DVD. In Itunes I click on File,Add to Library, I found my DVD, I clicked on choose, and nothing happens.
I copied the DVD to the desktop. It plays from the desktop, if I double click on it. I tried dragging it into Itunes, and again nothing happens.

I have the same problem, but I don't have an activity log because I shut HB down. Would it be best if I encode a DVD and post that log? I did notice that the movie in question, Three Days of the Condor, was about twice the size of my usual output at 4GB.

Encodes over 4GB require the switch for "large file support" to be activated.

Again, would love to see an activity log... as 4GB is unusually large.
