combining multiple files into one

I want to handbrake the deleted scenes documentary and the deleted scences into one file.

is that possible?

HandBrake doesn't combine titles.

you can use quicktime pro to combine them if you don't mind them becoming an .mov file

Or you can use SimpleMovieX if you want to keep a MP4 or M4V file. (lossless saving after merging 2 or more MP4 clips)
