Is there a way to cut off the last chapter after encoding?
I have a few encodes of DVD's where the last chapter is actually a duplicate chapter. Is there a way to remove this extra chapter or do I have to just re-encode the whole thing again? I'm using h.264 (Apple TV preset).

Mpegstreamclip (look it up) can edit various mpeg/video files, without reencoding.
