There is a small bug either in QuickTime/iTunes or HandBrake which I'd really like to see fixed before 0.9.2 is out.
If I encode a video with two audio tracks (the first english the second german) and switch the language in iTunes the first track is reported as english, however the second is reported as undefined language. My test DVDs was Saving Private Ryan (PAL), I'll test some other tomorrow.
(I didn't post this in the bugs forum since I haven't tested it all that much yet)

Re: Multiple languages
Actually it seems to be an iTunes issue. English, Italian and Spanish are reported correctly, German and French aren't. I haven't tried any other language yet (tomorrow I will). A bug has been filed to Apple.
Re: Multiple languages
Fixed in r1211.
QuickTime is so dumb it doesn't know that French means Francais and German means Deutsch.
