Extact HandBrake source code From svn

Hi,

I am doing Asp.net project . I downloaded a svn copy of a HandBrake project from your site. But i am not able to commit because when i commit , it commits to svn://svn.handbrake.fr:3690/ but i want to commit that project to my svn server . so i'm trying to extract the project from svn of svn://svn.handbrake.fr:3690/and put it to my svn server. Can you plz tell me what is the command in svn to take a project out of svn?

I read somewhere we can use switch cmd but how can we use that
