Moved to Git
Posted: Fri Oct 23, 2015 6:40 pm
Subversion has served our project well for over a decade but now it's time for change. Git has become very popular in the last few years and more and more developers now have accounts on GitHub.
We want to make it much easier for developers to contribute to HandBrake, so today we are announcing that we have completed our migration over to GitHub.
Our main development repository is now located there and we are now officially accepting pull requests on GitHub. So if you're interested in contributing, please feel free to get in touch to discuss.
The old Subversion repository has now been shutdown.
Please see the discussion thread if you have any questions or comments.
