Hello. Would you consider adding

-sc_threshold -59200
to HandBrake when encoding with MPEG-4 (FFmpeg)? Currently HandBrake MPEG-4 (FFmpeg) doesn't detect scenecuts at all (it uses a P-frame where there should be an I-frame). I find that a value of -59200 works pretty well, but it does insert some I-frames where there is no scenecut.
