Add Queing to Windows Port

If the new version of Handbrake is ported to Windows (GUI), Please add queing. It would a great time saver

It already supports queueing. Little button beside the encode button ;)

I am using Handbrake -0.7.0-GUIandCLI-20060115. Unless there is a newer version, I can't find a encode or que button.

Ok, That GUI was abandonded years ago.

I have been continuing work on the windows port for some time now.
