Use faster settings then. For example, On the video tab, you can adjust the encoder preset to favour speed over quality / filesize.

Speed, Quality, Filesize. Pick 2. This is the general rule that applies to video encoding. HandBrake defaults prefer quality and filesize over raw speed but you have full control to adjust that. Some other apps prefer speed instead by default.

Video Tab -> Choose a faster encoder preset
Filters Tab -> Turn off any filters you don't need.

sorry, the named program has a "High Speed Conversation" item, that by enabling it, program convert faster(claim without loose quality), but it does not work for all video codecs:
Speed, Quality, Filesize. Pick 2. No program has yet to get away from these trade offs. You go faster, you compromise quality or filesize or usually both.

HandBrake gives you full control over these trade offs so it's up to you to pick the right balance for your needs.

Intel QuickSync hardware encoding is supported for those that Have CPU's that support it. Potentially others in the future will be added (NVENC, VCE) but remains to be seen.
