Nvidia CUDA or OpenCL accelerated Convertions

Please describe what you would like to see added to HandBrake:

To be able to use Nvidia CUDA or OpenCL to convert movies since it dramastially impoves speed

Why would you like to see this added:

When i make movies in Powerdirecter a movie kan take etc. 4 hourst to get make. But only around 40 minuts if i use Nvidia CUDA

What version of HandBrake are you currently running:

1.0.2

What operating system and version and you currently running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):

Windows 10 and Linux (Ubuntu, Linux Mint, OpenSUSE)

Sadly both are [Censored] for video encoding.

Nvidia has long since moved on from CUDA. They have NVENC now which is hardware ASIC rather than GPU based. https://github.com/HandBrake/HandBrake/issues/259

No current developer has taken interest, but patches are welcome if someone wants to give it a shot, and provide a GPL-Compatible patch
