A bitrate calculater for handbrake

Post by Darkyere »

IPlease describe what you would like to see added to HandBrake:

I would like to see a bitrate calculator added to Handbrake
So one can calculate the size of the file with the current bitrate in use.
Or be able to choose the correct bitrate for a selected size

Why would you like to see this added:

When making a video sometimes a specific size is needed.
Etc. for CDROM, DVD. BlueRay or for a fat32 partition with a max size 4.
When that is the case then one needs to be able to see the size of the file from the current bitrate.
Or get help with the right bitrate based on the fixed size one would choose.

What version of HandBrake are you currently running:

Handbrake 1.0.2

What operating system and version and you currently running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):

Windows 10 and Linux (Ubuntu, Linux Mint, OpenSUSE ALL Plasma5)
