Add an option to set the default output format.

Please describe what you would like to see added to HandBrake:
I would like an option to be able to change/set the default output format from mp4 to mkv and vice-versa.
Why would you like to see this added:
I use Handbrake to convert multiple video files to Matroska mkv format files, but I keep forgetting to choose Matroska from the format dropdown for each video whenever I start it. I can't find any way to set this as the default.
What version of HandBrake are you currently running:
Version 1.0.2
What operating system and version and you currently running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):
Microsoft Windows 10 Professional 64bit.
