what you would like to see added to HandBrake: pause queue after this job completes while using queue in place of tab controls. when the setting (Show Queue in place of the tab controls when toggled on) is selected the option to pause the queue after a job completes no longer exists. when this setting is toggled on a pause button should be placed next to each job in the queue allowing a user to select when the queue should pause after a job completes. or allow a user to right click on a job and select the queue to pause after the selected job.
