I would like to request a feature for option to add custom watermark text to video :

I want this feature in order to protect my creation from scam:

Handbrake does not have graphics production capabilities, and your needs are best left to a post-production editing workstation, such as AfterEffects.
Handbrake does one thing -- encoding -- and does it well.

Another possibility is to use a subtitle file and then burn it into your encode.
