Smarter automatic cropping

Hi Handbreak community!
Automatic cropping is nice to remove black parts of the picture (in the Picture Settings tab). But the logo of TV channels confuses it most of the time.
Automatic cropping could be smarter if it only scans an small area in the middle of each sides.

For exemple scan black area:

• 16 pixels wide from the middle top of the picture +
  16 pixels wide from the middle bottom of the picture +
  16 pixels wide from the middle right of the picture +
  16 pixels wide from the middle left of the picture

This "smart automatic cropping" may be turned on/off in the settings.
This feature should be easy to code, it's "just" a parameter of the existing automatic cropping. Scan 16 pixels wide instead of the whole picture.
