Queue improvements

Hello!

It would be great if the queue could have some extra information regarding the VOBs being processed.

For example:
a Total Time ellapsed, so that people know for how long it has been encoding the queue.

For each queue entry, it should say:
Title:1 Chapters:1 to 2 Duration: 01:20:00
Source: ripped
Destination: D:\hulk.mkv

The above is just a fake example to let you know.

The Source should show also the parent folder. Imagine I am transfering my VOBs from the original DVDs to the folders:
D:\hulk\ripped
D:\Terminator\ripped
D:\Batman\ripped

The problem here is that in the Source it will always appear: Source: ripped
