Defaulting iPod Profile!

It would be nice if when you selected h.264, the ipod compliant profile was automatically selected by default instead of the main profile. I would imagine most people using h.264 want to make an ipod compatible mp4. I can't tell you how many times I've forgotten to change that, and then my mp4 doesn't work on the ipod. I come away from that experience going "Damn, MediaFork's rip doesn't work on my iPod like it says it does." Of course I realize my mistake, but I think there are a lot of people who will be really confused by this.

At the very least, please allow us to set our on defaults when the program opens.

No. I am against anything that lowers the default video quality the app outputs, and iPod h.264 video is neutered.

Sounds reasonable. Sure. I'll add it to the Trac when I have a chance. Might not exactly happen, though, because we have a robust presets system in the work that would alleviate the need.
