Queue Management - Reset Job Status of an Encode

In Queue Management, it would sometimes be helpful to reset the status of a job, for example:

- when an encode has been manually stopped, even if it did not finish encoding the Job Status currently always changes to "Completed".

It would be helpful if we were able to right-click this job in the queue and reset its status so that is changes to "Waiting" again, so that it can be re-encoded later without having to re-add it and the settings all over again.
