Log Files Custom or non ".txt" extension.

Post by EraYaN »

Well I have seen this on the boards before but not as an independent request.
I would like the log files have a different extension. Players tend to try and parse them as subtitles, therefore it's sometimes difficult to see if the subtitles are correctly integrated in the container without opening the file.
To my knowledge *.log or *.handbrake.log are not read by media players as subtitles.

I would love to make a little patch for it only problem is I have no idea to to do so. (I guess the problem would be finding the log save routine)
I have TortoiseSVN and the commandline installed. can I just right click the edited file and search for an option called patch?
