A new feature i would like to see is the ability to rip both angles (or more) off a DVD into 1 file at the same time.
i've seen files like that b4, but just don't know how to make them.

If you encode to MKV files it's easy enough to do this outside of Handbrake. Have Handbrake encode both angles as individual files, then load them both into mkvmerge and choose which video and audio streams you wish to include in the final file.
I have no idea if or how this could be accomplished for MP4 files.
