How do I incorporate the DVD extras

I would like to incorporate the DVD extras and scenes into one ripped file along with the movie. Is this possible? If so, how do I accomplish this? Thanks so much.

Possible, yes (sort of and with caveats and alot of screwing around) but with HB only ... no.
