Hey guys,
Question to those of you who have both a PS3 and an AppleTV (or have used both). I currently own a PS3...and I just keep wondering if I should go and buy an AppleTV, or if I get it all (except for the movie rental/purchase of course) with the PS3?
I know the PS3 requires (for now) a DLNA server...and I have yet to install one on my computer (vista-based). Is DLNA seamless? I did a quick search the other day, and I seemed that a DLNA server would actually transcode my videos "on-the-fly" when sending them to the PS3. Is that correct?
So basically, which one do you prefer (in terms of the device being a Media Access Point, no in terms of gaming of course...the PS3 kicks ass in that domain)?
