No Video for Fox Tivo HD files

I use a Tivo HD to record Mpeg2 files off of Fox network. The video has never been displayed in MpegStream Clip, so I edit out the commercials using the audio as a queue for when to make an edit. I check the edit in VLC, which does show video when played back.

My question is why is it that only the Fox network HD programing will not show up in MepegStream Clip? All other files from other networks show up fine.

Do you have the Quicktime MPEG2 Playback Component installed? You either need to purchase it separately, or it's installed alongside Final Cut Pro.

Moving to Tiki Bar as this does not pertain to HandBrake.

I have the mpg 2 component installed. The issue is any mpeg source file, other than Fox network, TiVo recorded files show up fine, Fox network is the only recorded file, (from a TiVo HD) where HB will not display video.

VLC displays video for the same file just fine.

So is this a HandBrake issue or an MPEG Streamclip issue? Please elaborate.
