Plex now correctly supports anamorphic

I've used Plex for a few months, and while reading the plex blog I was pleasently surprised to see that they now claim that the newest verson of Plex now apparently supports anamorphic mp4 files.

According to this blog post plex 0.9.1 should correctly read the anamorphic data. To quote the blog: "FIX: Anamorphic videos fix for iOS. Additionally, anamorphic MP4 files play correctly on Plex for Mac (thanks, Ryan!)." I know Plex 8 tended to ignore the anamorphic information which was one of the reasons I stopped using it. As far as I can tell using the newest incremental release (0.9.1.5) my DVD rips from handbrake to seem to be displayed correctly now.

Just thought I'd mention it here as Plex on a Mac Mini works great as a media center :).
