Intel Quick Sync Video not working on Chrome OS
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
- activate Linux support on Chrome OS
- install Handbrake & IntelMediaSDK plugin via Flatpak
- load video file
- try to find a QSV option in "Video"
